Tranquility Build was founded by Randy and Sondie Stogsdill.  Sondie has worked for Hillwood Development Company for 23+ years and Randy worked for his family business for 40+ years at Teague Lumber Company.  Close to entering the empty nester stage of life, they decided to combine their talents and love for constructing homes, pools, and outdoor spaces into Tranquility Build.  They jumped in the waters, began to swim, and made a splash along the way.  As their business began to grow, they partnered with their long-time friends, Kelly and Elliot Garner.  The Garners bring a wealth of design and construction knowledge, as local residential builder and realtor.

Tranquility Build was founded with a mission mindset on God's orphan children in the world.  Our success is committed to supporting orphan care and missions locally and afar.
